Returns

This section explains our returns policy, including eligibility requirements, assessment procedures, documentation needed, and the conditions under which returns or credits may be approved.

Returns Policy

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • No items will be accepted without an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.
    Please contact us before returning any goods.


Hardware & Faulty Products

  • New hardware found to be faulty within the warranty period will first be assessed and repaired under warranty.
  • If a technician confirms the product is faulty and repair is not possible, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to provide a replacement of an equivalent model at no additional cost.
  • Refunds are not offered for faulty hardware. Replacement is subject to manufacturer approval.


Change of Mind / Non-Faulty Returns

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for exchange or refund, subject to approval.
  • Returned items must be:
  • Unused and unopened
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
  • Restocking fees may apply to approved returns of non-faulty items.


Additional Notes

  • Please ensure the RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return freight costs unless otherwise stated.
  • We strongly recommend retaining your official receipt for all purchases.
