RETURNS

* Return claims to be made within 30 days of purchase.


* No goods to be returned without a " RMA-Goods Return Authority Number" Please get in contact with us regarding this.


* Hardware Faults: New hardware if found faulty within the warranty will be subject to repair under warranty before a replacement is offered. If the technician deems the hardware is indeed faulty we will make enquiries to the manufacturer on the customer's behalf and a new equivalent model will be sent a replacement model free of charge. Note we do not offer a refund on faulty hardware, this is replacement only from the manufacturer.


* If a customer is not 100% satisfied with your purchase, they can return the product, get a refund or exchange the product for another product.


* Postage costs incurred are non-refundable.


* Any product for return must be in the same condition it was received and should be in its original packaging.


* A gentle reminder to always keep the official receipt.


* Should Premium Printer Solutions & Office Supplies decide to accept non-faulty unopened goods for a refund, customers may then return the item and put the RA on the return label; however, customers will shoulder the fee for return shipping.


* Restocking fees may apply.


* If the product has been opened or damaged in any way, there shall be no refund given.
